Totally unsafe! Everone can reach each floor without any confirmation from elevator. Also I put come back later sign but my neighbour steal it for 2 times! I told reseption, and manager they didn’t take any action. This is a huge security problem for our stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. For the location, the price is so incredibly reasonable. It’s clean and the staff super welcoming from the moment we arrived. Next time we are in NYC, we’ll book here again

The location was perfect for going shopping, Central Park, museums, and public transportation. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, the hotel was clean, updated, and very accessible.

There was someone clearly smoking cigarettes in the room next to me the whole time I was there. My entire hotel room and bathroom smelled like cigarettes.

The room was clean and spacious. We did have a issue with not e cough cups and that the shower gel was never refilled, but when we asked, room service took care of it for us. The front desk staff was very friends and helpful. All in all a great stay. And very central! We had food, shopping and access to all the mayor attractions right there.

The room was very nice and clean. The TV was a problem because the name of the station did not match the show. an example the title said CNN, but the TV show was Sponge Bob. So, you would have to go one by one to see what was on that station. The major problem, one elevator was broken so there was a long wait for the elevator every time and they were packed. I assume there was no service elevator because the maids and linen service was always using the elevators. We used the stairs several times (5th floor). The staff was nice but not helpful but they tried. The experience was not what we are use to with Hilton.

We had a great stay here and would go again. Decent-sized rooms. Friendly staff. The only issue is the lack of elevator service. Only one was working, and that made for very crowded trips and long waits. The staff even has to use the same SOLE elevator, which is inconvenient for them too. And from what I read, this is not a new issue. Not sure why it can't be fixed.

Had a nice stay here, staff were lovely and the location was amazing, most NYC attractions were in walking distance. The only issue we had was the broken elevator which meant long waiting times for the elevator that did work.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to park in the city parking garage behind the hotel, which was very convenient. The shower in our room was probably the best hotel shower I have ever had! The pressure was great and it got nice and hot. So if you like a hot shower this place is for you! Our room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location to the sites we wanted to be near. Room had a view of Radio City. However wished the bathroom was more private, door was glass and did not make me feel comfortable to friend in the room. That aside, I’m glad we stayed there

This hotel is right in the middle of the action in Manhattan. Ideal location and accessibility to the main streets. The rooms are clean and well kept. During our visit there was an issue with one of the two elevators which made getting in and out quite an inconvenience. But, we pressume that, once that is solved, no other problems should come up. Staff is friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile (All of them smiled, said hello and wanted to ensure everything was going well.) Shout out to Mila and Ivan at the front of the house. They are rocking it!!! For the price, location, and convenience alone, this hotel is a great option for regular people like us.

This was my third stay at this property. The first two were perfectly fine, but this time it was awful. We were given room 303 where every 10 minutes the heater clicks clicks clicks. They just couldn’t give us a new room when there were other rooms available. Evenings we were freezing. To add to this, only one elevator worked. The hotel has like 26 floors and only one effing elevator worked. On the day of our check out we carried our suitcases down the stairs. Stay away!

They have 26 floors and two elevators with one broken for our entire four day stay. It took 20 minutes to get an elevator down. We were on 12th floor. During late night, wanted something open near by but everything closed early, this was during weekend too. You are able to order Uber eats and get something delivered to the lobby but had to use elevator.

I like that is clean, well decorated. Information about the hotel was very well give. I like that there is a restaurant inside the property. From all the Hotels I stood in before, I will stay again at this hotel. The only negative note will be there was only one elevator working.

For the location and the area and the cost having to wait in line for elevator with 23 floors !!! Up to 30 minutes each time we were cause to be late to ballet and broadway shows !! Our blinds in our rooms didn’t not open to see the city lights and view that we paid for we won’t recommend this hotel and would hope we would get some type of credit or reimbursement to us for the 5 days we stayed this should be fixed immediately!!!!
