Very comfortable hotel and good location. I loved the high ceilings and balconies in the rooms. The continental breakfast in the lobby is a nice touch. Staff is friendly and well trained. I felt safe and content. It’s not POSH.. but very cozy.

It was my first stay at Hotel Giraffe and I will certainly be back. My room was clean, attractive, a good size, and had a balcony. The service was terrific and the free snacks and continental breakfast, with healthy options, was very much appreciated. The NoMad/Flatiron area is my favorite place to stay in the city because it has some great restaurants and is walkable (for more serious walkers) to more. The hotel is a very short walk to subway and bus connections. Highly recommend.

Breakfast buffet was small but great. We came in contact with multiple staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Got an upgraded room which was a plus. The area around had great breakfast options and food and was very close to the subway stop. There were some people begging near the subway stop but overall the area was great and the hotel was beautiful.
