"The room was enormous! Cool Modernist design, nice touches like a coplementary fruit bowl. Discounts for eating in the restaurant. We didn’t end up trying the spa services, but they were extensive and either free or reasonably priced. My only complaint is that our room was right at street level and our patio visible (albeit just barely so) over the shoulder-high wall separating us from the street, which got noisy during the day. I suggest requesting a second floor room!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Calla Lily Luxury Resort in Rethymno! The location was absolutely perfect, with a beautiful beach right across the street, and the refreshing, sparkling-clean pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also absolutely loved the unique design and special touches throughout the resort. Our loft-style accommodation was beautifully laid out, with the bedroom tucked up above, giving it so much character and charm. It made our stay feel extra special and added to the overall experience! The entire resort was very clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated and a 30 minute walk to Old Town. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the incredible staff. The ( owners ) husband and wife and their members were so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. When my husband became sick during our stay, their genuine care and compassion meant so much to us. They regularly checked in to see how he was feeling and whether we needed anything or if there was anything they could do to help. That level of kindness goes far beyond excellent service. The resort has such a lovely, welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, and it’s clear that the people who work here truly care about their guests. It’s those personal touches that turn a nice holiday into a memorable experience. We are so grateful for the warmth and hospitality we received and would absolutely recommend Calla Lily Luxury Resort to anyone visiting Rethymno ♥️"

Steris Elegant Beach Hotel

"Room was clean and modern, with balcony, with kitchenette, air conditioning was turning on automatically so we had to turn it off as it was come already, partial sea view which was very nice and close to the seaboard and beach; it was stormy, windy so we admired the big waves that were fascinating. Restaurant was nice and we had great included breakfast buffet and we ate one time dinner and had discount from expedia, food was nice and well served. Within short distance many restaurants and minimarkets, also not far from the old town, nice to walk. Took city bus tour which took us also outside the city/ town through some mountain villages; very narrow windy roads so kinda scary but nice tour. Parking is hard, we found a spot and did not move the car for two days, but this is a problem everywhere in Crete."
