There is only security guard at night helping with self check-ins, a little inconvenient, but the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Interesting concept to have a communal kitchen and lounge. Laundry facility is definitely a plus. The only downside is, there is renovation going on 3rd floor while we stay, but the hotel didn’t blocked off the unsightly mess.

It didn't disappoint

Great location and very friendly staff. The room was a great size, but could have been cleaned a little better (stains around sink, fake eye lashes stuck to wall next to coffee station). Missing chargers on second side of bed, and bed was extra firm which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The blankout curtains were fantastic, and AC strong and quiet. Overall I would recommend depending on the nightly rate. Gym and facilities missing clean towels for use, paper only.

Convenient location not too far from the ferries, shopping, bus stops, and MRT. Per Hong Kong law, they cannot provide specific amenities, but there was a healthy supply of toothbrushes, combs, slippers, and toothpaste. Staff was helpful and spoke English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The lobby and rest of the building was nice and cool, and the lobby provides hot and cold water for refills, as well as free coffee. They will also store your luggage before and a little after checking in and out. Rooms were generously furnished with plenty of storage and charging ports for devices. The bathroom was clean and had a separate shower stall which, especially in Hong Kong, is greatly appreciated. The bathroom door is frosted in a way that doesn't show what's happening on the inside. What's nice is that the A/C is always on because the smoke alarms in the building are sensitive. Either way, there wasn't the usual mugginess that you might find in a humid-environment hotel. I'd love to stay here again if I'm ever in Hong Kong.

Spacious room, staff are very nice and helpful. Facility need to be updated, especially the bathroom.
