New Smyrna Beach - Oceanfront two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in the prestigious Tradewinds Condominiums located on the no-drive section of the white sands of New Smyrna Beach. This luxurious 10th floor unit is immaculately maintained including a recent complete kitchen, including appliances, and partial second bathroom remodel. Enjoy the new patio furniture on the oceanfront balcony and watch the dolphins swim in the surf or simply enjoy the ocean breeze. This unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom and two brand new leather sofas in the living room. The unit comfortably sleeps six people. The master bedroom and living area have large sliding glass doors to allow for wonderful direct oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean during the day and the soothing sound of the ocean surf during the evening and overnight hours. Enjoy use of three flat-screen tvs in the large living area, master or second bedroom.
Overhead fans in the living room and each bedroom. Washer and dryer in the unit and ample on-site parking. Property includes two swimming pools, hot tub, exercise room, on-site property manager as well as a video and well-stocked book library for guests.

NO SMOKING allowed inside the unit.

Great stay! Condo is very comfortable. Probably best stocked VRBO property we have ever stayed in. In a nice complex. Wonderful, direct ocean view. Good part of the beach.

Tradewinds NSB

Great Location, very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our month at the Tradewinds. Located directly on the white sand beach. We enjoyed hearing the Ocean waves from the balcony. Especially beautiful at night. New Smyrna has so many wonderful restaurants or enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. We even saw 2 shuttle launches during our stay!

Needs upgrades!!

Drove home to Pittsburgh to visit a Chiropractor. The MOST uncomfortable furniture this 65 year old has ever sat on. Kitchen is pretty new. Main bathroom is lovely, but very 60's with very low counter tops, as is second bathroom.

Great get-away!

We enjoyed our month at the Trade Winds condo for the month of March. The owners were easy to work with and applied the condo with everything we needed. The view was spectacular for the 10th floor balcony. Watching the sun rise every morning was just the best way to start our day!
