Located directly across the street from the beautiful No-Drive Beach section of New Smyrna Beach. Sea Woods is nestled among 53 acres of moss covered trees, offering guests miles of SHADED biking, walking, and jogging trails, great for Kids and Pets! This Elegant Villa is priced based on the TOTAL number of guests staying, so please include ALL guests (adults, kids and pets) in your reservation details. Maximum guests allowed are a total of 6 (this includes day time visitors) and there is NO Trailer parking...(jet ski/boat/motorcycle/ RVs etc.) There are many amenities at your doorstep... 3 Pools, Tennis Courts, Racquetball courts, Shuffleboard, Pickle ball, Hot Sauna, and an On-site Exercise Facility! Best of all, you are less than 300 yards from the beautiful Sandy Beach for relaxing Sunset Strolls or Beach Fun!
Your Single Story, Two Bedroom 2 Bath Villa is very Private.. NO STAIRS to climb, no upstairs neighbors, and Very Convenient Parking...right in front of your door. Take a refreshing dip in the
Pool...conveniently located across from the Villa. The pool area offers Restrooms and a Shaded Patio area to watch the kids play.
Your unique Villa has been lovingly renovated with Granite Counter Tops, Vinyl Plank Wood Flooring throughout, an ATRIUM, and a Private, Furnished Patio. Great for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day at the Beach!
Best of all, your Villa is Dog Friendly....MAXIMUM ONE DOG.. contact me if you have a special circumstance...NO CATS or other animals due to allergies. There is a $99 PER PET fee that will be charged per reservation NOT per night.

The Elegant Beach decor inside your Villa is both Beautiful and Functional. The Master Bedroom offers a King Sized Bed, Double Vanities in your Full Bathroom, a built in bench seat inside the shower/tub, and a Huge Walk in closet. Enjoy the professional desk and comfortable office chair that can be used as your private office during your stay. High Speed Wifi is provided, so you can work and play from Paradise! The Master Bedroom view is serene and peaceful. Enjoy beautiful landscaping and wildlife from your Glass Sliding Doors to your Private, Furnished Patio.
The dining room is beautiful and functional....open to the living area and kitchen and has a fabulous view of the Atrium and the Private Patio. This large table seats 6 guests, and is a great space for dining, playing games or doing puzzles with the family!
The kitchen is beautiful and FULLY stocked....Granite Counter tops and Stainless Steel Appliances make this kitchen shine!
The Living Area is Open and Spacious...with a large T.V...for movie night! The Living Room has Glass Sliding Doors that lead to your own Private, Furnished Patio!
The Guest Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen Sized Beds and a large T.V...great for Kids or Adults! There is even a "Pack and Play" Crib, wireless Baby Monitor, and a High chair/booster seat for the comfort and safety of our youngest guests! There are beach toys and beach chairs waiting for you to use and enjoy! The Guest Bathroom is attached to the Guest Bedroom and offers Granite Counter tops, a shower/tub combo with a privacy window...optional views into the Atrium. This adorable nautical themed bedroom offers TONS of closet space and Privacy as it is located on the opposite end of the Villa from the Master Bedroom....feels like Two Master Suites!

Great vacation experience

This was one of the nicest and easiest vacation rentals we had ever had. Every detail was considered. The villa is perfectly equipped and spacious. The villa is very private and in excellent location to beach access and amenities. Communication with our host Jill was excellent. We hope to return!

Excellent Hospitality Filled With Amenities

The villa was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was available including welcome basket and a closet filled with beach supplies. We loved how dog friendly the area is. Our pup enjoyed the beach as much as we did. We had an amazing stay.

Stay over New Year’s 2024-25

We enjoyed a 5-night stay at this property over the New Year period. For a couple and one additional adult the space was perfect. The villa is very comfortable, well appointed, & private. Two rainy days were spent in part playing New Smyrna Beach-nopoly & other board games Jill has stocked the place with. NSB is a cute town and was a pleasant break from Miami

Beach getaway

We had a great time for a nice family beach getaway. The villa was clean, charming and the perfect size for our family of 4 plus our dog! It is a short walk to the beach and the pool is right across the street. The host was outstanding and very helpful. We look forward to booking again.

Awesome Getaway

Great Stay in NSB!

Our family had a great stay! Villa was very clean, cozy and well-furnished. Quiet location with pool, tennis and walking path amenities within a few steps. Beach access also conveniently nearby. Owner was very responsive and made nice recommendations in our communications. Most enjoyable stay and would go back!

Amazing 2nd time stay!

This was our 2nd year staying for a month at this wonderful property. Everything is better than described in the listing. You can tell Jill, the owner, and her family vacation here as well because EVERYTHING possible that you need for a short or long stay is provided. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped, we were greeted again with a basket of treats, and all the starting TP, dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc. that anyone needs. Communication is proactive, friendly, and just all-around awesome. Community heated pool is wonderful and just a short walk. Wake up to a sunrise walk on the no-drive part of the beach just a short walk across the street. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to New Smyrna. WONDERFUL!

Excellent beach getaway!

Property was clean, everything well-organized and loved the layout with the two suites on opposite sides of the house. Beach is a close walk or it's a short drive if you want to go to other locations. Property is close to great restaurants, Publix etc. Jill, the owner was fantastic to work with, prompt to respond and has great recommendations. Will book again in the future!

The Perfect Beach Getaway

Beautiful Villa..classy, but also comfy and homey...very well furnished and stocked with everything we needed..loved the relaxing back porch and yard for my pup...and the pool is so close by for the kids!..Very clean and quiet, feels like your own private retreat in the trees...hosts were amazing....beach was stunning...rent this villa..you won't regret it!

Very Nice Place

The owners were very nice and communicative. Their villa had everything you could need for the beach and was very comfortable & nicely decorated. The beach and lots of great restaurants all very near by. We took advantage of the New Smyrna Dunes Dog Beach/ Park which was enjoyed by all! A very nice get away overall.

Very clean property across the street from a pool and close walk to the no drive beach. Short drive to grocery stores. Quiet and relaxing! Owner communication was terrific and she had great suggestions for restaurants and activities to enjoy locally.
