Lovely, cozy, comfortable stay at Linda’s place. Front desk helpful and friendly. Loved having laundry facilities on site and being able to use credit card instead of needing quarters. Condo as represented in pictures. Everything was clean and ready. Bed comfortable. Plenty of good quality towels provided. Communication was excellent. Linda was always available and quick to respond to any questions. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided, what an excellent touch! Beautiful view from sixth floor. Highly recommend!!

The penthouse and view were perfect. The sunrise was magical and it was so much fun to watch the surfers every morning. There were wonderful restaurants within walking distance and the staff at the complex was extremely helpful. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property. The condo was clean, well designed, and equipped with everything we could have needed. Location could not be more convenient -- right on the beach and easy drive to Flagler Ave and downtown stores and restaurants. We will consider staying there again next time we travel to New Smyrna Beach!

Perfect beach getaway

We live in south Florida but are from Daytona Beach so coming back to the area was our goal and New Smyrna Beach has the perfect beach town atmosphere. This unit is the perfect level for sitting on the balcony watching the day and pelicans go by. Owner is super to work with and the unit has great decor. Highly recommend you stay here
