Family Vacay

This property was exactly what we we’re looking for! Easy check-in and out. Great location. The property staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool and common areas were all maintained well. The condo itself was decorated beautifully. It was very comfortable for our family. Everything was clean and the kitchen had all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return, soon!

Quick, fun, relaxing visit to New Smyrna

We have stayed all over the Florida East coast and we always stay near Daytona. But now, we will always stay in New Smyrna! Its a cool beach town with a great pizza joint (Flagler Ave Pizza!) And the condo was perfect. The only thing that would have madenit better was laundry in the unit, but we were not there long enough to matter. We will be back!

Had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and furnished beautifully. There was hand soap in the bathrooms, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers which was wonderful. Kitchen had a full size coffee maker and a Kerig. Freezer has a ice maker, which was nice for making ice coffee.Some Beach towels and bathroom towels are included. Pool floats, etc were in the bedroom closet. They had some games and you can borrow a book from the recreation room on the same floor (where the pool table is). Washer and dryer is near the rec room on the same floor also (not in the condo). Loved being able to step out the sliding glass door to the pool. And you can see the ocean from inside the condo as well from the patio.The main reason we picked this one is the location! Being able to walk to Flagler Ave with all the restaurants & boutique shops was great! Recommend the Mermaid restaurant for breakfast. Check out was easy, all they asked us to do was take out the garbage...you take it to the garbage bin in the hallway..very close. And run the dishwasher. Thats it! I've stayed at some paces that gave us a crazy long list of check out chores....not this place. Much appreciated!Any questions i texted got a very fast response. There is an onsite office where the give out parking passes, it was one parking pass per unit when we went. But they said you could ask for a guest pass.Definately recommed staying here!
