This beautiful penthouse condo is perfect for your next beach vacation with the whole family! Enjoy 2 separate living spaces, large living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for family meals after a long day of relaxing at the beach. This condo boasts 3 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom features a king size bed with entrances to both patios. The master bath is nice and bright with opposing his and her sinks, a spacious walk in shower and a corner jacuzzi. The other 2 bedrooms both have a queen size bed and their own private full bathroom. The best feature is the outdoor living area that can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. Soak up the sunshine and sea breezes with a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail!
Beach access is just steps from the building! Just 4 miles North of Canaveral National Seashore and Turtle Mound and 4 miles south of the Famous Flagler Ave it is the perfect point of paradise! New Smyrna Beach offers all your outdoor adventures from paddle boarding, fishing, and kayaking to bird watching, sunbathing and wine walks. Spend a few days exploring our beautiful barrier island and a few days unwinding onsite with a barbeque area, 2 pools, 2 shuffleboard courts, a lighted basketball hoop and 2 lighted tennis courts there's. some "me" time scheduled somewhere for everyone!

Very spacious and comfortable condo
This property was wonderful. It was very spacious and comfortable. There are partial ocean views from both balcony, which was a nice surprise. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The complex was nice with two pools and nature boardwalk. The management company responded quickly to our maintenance issue when the touchpad for the door lock didn't work. The area was wonderful, not crowded and not overly touristy. We enjoyed our trip.
