Oceanfront Condo Beautifully Decorated With Beautiful Ocean Views

The Wave is a very cool, chic, small complex with less than 16 units! You will be on the 5th floor with only one other unit on the floor. This fully furnished condo is on the corner facing the south end of the island with lots of natural light coming through the condo. The Wave is located on Hill St. and surrounded by million dollar homes. No other high rise condos are around which provides you a quiet beach area to relax in. You will see amazing, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the kitchen, dining room the living room, and master bedroom. The second guest bedroom has a great little Romeo and Juliet balcony with beautiful plantation shutters looking over the island and beautiful sunset views! Beautifully decorated master en suite bath with one large master walk in closet accompanied with shelving. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen provides you white cabinets with granite counter tops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, chic back splash, breakfast bar, your sink facing the unobstructed view of the ocean, and a garbage shoot from your condo! The large balcony sits facing the beautiful ocean to relax with tasteful balcony furniture to lounge on. Crown molding throughout. The pool area is located on the 2nd floor to look over the dunes and ocean in modern chic lounge chairs. It has an awesome grilling area with a bar. GARAGE parking with one parking spot and a storage unit to store your beach toys. Other parking is available in limited parking lot and on the quiet street of Hill St. Places to put your bikes. Sorry no pets allowed for renters per the association of the condo. And only one parking spot guaranteed.
