Important Beach Update

The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath ocean view condo on the top floor. Private ocean view balcony with beautiful views of the white sandy beach. Ocean view living room with TV, leather recliner, and sofa. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 4. Ocean-view bedroom with a king-size bed and TV. Full bath with tub/shower. Bonus room with bunk beds. W/D is located on each floor. Wireless internet access. This property does not have a phone. Guests will have access to two beach chairs in the storage cage where the washer/dryer is located.

The Hacienda del Sol I is a five-story oceanfront condo on the beautiful car-free beach of New Smyrna. Enjoy the sunset on your own private balcony or collect sea shells along the oceanside. Families will enjoy the great pool deck with an oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, gas bar-b-que grills, and a clubhouse. Laundry facilities are located on each floor and are coined operated. Some units do have washers/dryers inside the unit. Walk right across the street to shopping and dining.

Week Stay

The condo was great. We’ve stayed at Hacienda for many years in several different units. The unit is a little dated as far as appliances and furniture but it’s clean, AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. Being at the beach, we aren’t inside a lot and rarely cooking so it was perfect for our needs.

The unit that we rented was very nice - clean and comfortable. The location of this property is more quiet than previous stays closer to Flagler. We loved this rental!

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony with spectacular sunrises.

The location was great and we did lots of bike riding and walking on the beach. The pool was nice and good for lap swimming. Close to JBs Fish Camp and Canaveral National Seashore.

Awesome vacation stay

All perfect except that the stairs and walkways should have been swept or blown off a few times a week so we wouldn’t have tracked in so much sand or grass clippings.

Fabulous view!

We had a great stay in NSB at HA508. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I prefer a little plusher bed, but I slept pretty good even so. The view from the balcony really topped it off, and we enjoyed it every day. We were very happy with our decision, and would definitely return to this unit. I could have stayed for much longer than a week!

Gorgeous View, Accurate Listing

Property was as listed. Amenities were fairly basic, but unit was very clean and the view to the ocean was superb for the price. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much.

Our vacation was a very impromptu and last minute as we booked on Wednesday and checked in on Saturday. The place was very nice and had the best view of the ocean. Will definitely be back.

Small thing Bit if it were my place I would want the person whom is cleaning to clean the vent/fan in the bathroom more frequently. I cleaned it, so it could function optimally. Every so often. Mike was great. Lots of suggestions for the area, helpful and friendly!

The view was as shown. Clean. Good price. Heated pool and grounds were clean and lovely. Beach area is beautiful. Did NOT sleep 5, unless you used the couch (not a pull-out) or a blow-up mattress. Bunk room was TINY. Would consider this location again, but not this specific condo for 5 people. Dining room seats 4.
