Very nice rental with plenty of room and close to the ocean. Could use some curtains in the bedrooms. The sun is bright coming in and will wake you up in the morning. We loved the pool area and hot tub as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The price was reasonable and the location was great. The owner, Jeff, sent excellent, easy to follow instructions for check in. However when I reached out to him a week before our trip with a question and to see about extending our stay, he never responded which was frustrating. A few specifics:The good—the unit was clean, quiet, well stocked with linens, beach basics, and even an air mattress, and has washer and dryer in the unit which was amazing. The bad—NOT a kid/family friendly complex. There is a pool monitor who will NOT let your kids throw a ball, use a float, or even splash. He actually told my kids to “just go to the beach-there are no rules over there”. Actually yelled at my kids for splashing. The ice maker and door water in the fridge don’t work, sink only sprays like a crazy pressure washer instead of a normal stream, making filling the tiny ice cube trays extra challenging. Also-despite the listing saying toilet paper is included, that apparently only means what is on the roll in each bathroom. There are plenty of spare lamps in the closets but no spare toilet paper. The ugly—several cosmetic things-cracked light switch plates, wobbly stools and chairs, kitchen area light fixture dangling crookedly, and no coffee table which is awkward. The stove/oven pictured is not the same-it is not a glass top but rather a basic one with raised burners. Not a big deal, just a discrepancy. Overall a good, spacious property.
