You won't want to miss the beautiful sunsets from this top floor condo! This cozy, recently redecorated condo is the perfect spot to escape the harsh northern winters and spend your days in the Florida sunshine! This condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms all with their own separate bathrooms. There are 2 master suites: the first features a king size bed with a small sitting area overlooking the lagoon and a sliding glass door entrance to the patio. The second has a queen size bed with its own dedicated workspace also overlooking the lagoon. The en suite bathroom is nice and bright with opposing his and her sinks, a spacious shower and a corner jacuzzi. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed and a dedicated workspace with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stovetop, and dishwasher with seating for 6 at the dining room table.

Just 4 miles North of Canaveral National Seashore and Turtle Mound and 4 miles south of the Famous Flagler Ave, Oceanwalk is the perfect point of paradise! New Smyrna Beach offers all your outdoor adventures from paddle boarding, fishing, and kayaking to bird watching, sunbathing and wine walks. Spend a few days exploring our beautiful barrier island and a few days unwinding onsite with a barbeque area, 2 pools, 2 shuffleboard courts, a lighted basketball hoop and 2 lighted tennis courts there's. some "me" time scheduled somewhere for everyone.

Great rental

Overall great unit. Carpets were heavily stained in three rooms upon arrival. Property manager worked with us to have them cleaned the following week. Well appointed unit, sunsets on the balcony are fantastic.
