This property offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for your vacation. Just a two-minute stroll takes you to the scenic coastal walkway, connecting you to New Plymouth's beautiful beaches, galleries, shops, bars, and restaurants. Park your car and let your feet do the walking, as everything the city has to offer is right at your doorstep.



From the moment you enter, you'll notice the tranquil and easy atmosphere. Luxury surrounds you with two large lounges that frame stunning sea views. The property features big screen TVs, quality furnishings, and a generously sized bookshelf filled with interesting reading material.

What a fantastic property! The photos do not do it justice! Great spaces for relaxation and spending time with loved ones. This property is really well equipped and in a great location to access the coastal pathway and other key New Plymouth attractions. We will def be booking this property again!

Fantastic holiday house in wonderful location

Reviewer Comments: Myself and 3 other adults hired this house over the NY break - we loved the layout and space of this property - especially the large kitchen and living areas, outdoor desk and spacious bedrooms. It would work very well for families too as the upstairs master suite, kids bedroom and upstairs lounge isnt over the top of the other 3 bedrooms so you have privacy and quiet. Its a 3 min walk to the coastal track and down to the waterfront and only a 15 mins walk into town so really well located.

Wonderful property. Photos don't do it justice. Suited our group so well, being walking distance to both town and beach. The garage was also an added bonus as we had expensive hotrods to keep safe.

We found the property brilliantly located, quiet street but so close to the beach, town and transport links. We would have gladly stayed longer because the house was very comfortable and had breathtaking sea views.
