I love the staff. The receptionists and housekeeping was very professional and helpful. The property was clean and the breakfast there was good. The only thing that disappointed me was the pool not being clean.

The property was not terrible but it was not good either. We had one of the larger rooms (it read it slept 7- not sure where the 7th person would have slept). We had two queen beds and a pullout couch. The queen beds were not comfortable but we managed. Just a few aches the next day. The pullout bed was horrible, the springs could be felt when you laid down. We asked the lady at the desk, who phoned her manager to assist us, with providing another bed from another room or some other solution, we were told we just had to deal with it. So we used several extra blankets to try to make it tolerable for our two younger children who had the unfortunate experience of sleeping on this bed. The hotel was decently clean, except for the large circle stain on the pull down curtain (not sure what happened here) and we had to request new sheets on the pull out as it had stains on the sheets too. Breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel like this, nothing special but edible. The area looks pretty rough surrounding the hotel, but we didn’t have any problems and they kept the main entrance locked down at all times. If you have low expectations then you won’t be disappointed in staying here, however if you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is probably not the place for you.

We apologize that we did not meet your standards. We did look at your reservation prior to you checking in and stated that the room you purchased did not accommodate 7 people. We were fully committed and were not able to give another room. I have reached out to Expedia to alert them of the misleading information.

Overall it was a decent stay. But it’s definitely some sketchy individuals in the area. Two people including one that was a so call security guard asked me where I was from at 11 at night when I was walking in the entrance with my two kids. It made me very suspicious and worried on why he would be asking me that and he works for the hotel.

The door lock was broken at some point and never fixed. The bathroom above room106 is leaking and the paint is bubbling. I was told prior to booking that this hotel was near the French Quarter, in reality it is about 15 minutes by car.

The hotel was clean, staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable including pillows. The pool needed cleaned from blowing debris and bugs.

love the free breakfast and the staff, also the hotel was not too far from the downtown area. The only issue was there was not much of a view because the entire area is in urgent need of reconstruction.
