You will fall in love with this lovingly restored historic home with modern touches featuring 5 large bedrooms, 6 full baths, a heated pool and hot tub, and over 3,400 square feet to spread out in. If you are a fan of architecture, you will appreciate this "Eastlake" style home with beautiful carved doors, cypress wood accents, and exposed brick fireplaces throughout. A gorgeous new kitchen and open floor plan allows your group to hang out together while still having plenty of space for privacy in the sleeping areas. This home is perfectly tucked away on a residential street yet accessible to all the city has to offer being conveniently located only 2.5 blocks to the St. Charles Streetcar and less than one mile to the French Quarter.

Originally built in 1900 and completely renovated, this home features preserved cypress wood from the original bones of the house, exposed brick fireplaces and restored pine wood floors throughout. You can feel the grandeur with 12-foot ceilings, golden accents, artist’s murals, and Victorian décor. The space is furnished with local New Orleans antiques curated for the right amount of Southern charm and comfort.
