Great location and top shelf service. Really nice hotel. Of course being close to Bourbon and the French Quarter has its plus and minus’s. The quarter is getting worse. Dirty & crappy bars that surround wonderful old classy places like Preservation Hall & Hotel Monteleone and others. The smell of pot is horrible. But this hotel is awesome. Hope the city some day can bring the quarter back to better days.

The Courtyard Marriott was such a lovely place to stay. They graciously allowed us to park several hours before our check in and kept the car nearby so we could easily unload at check in time. All staff were friendly and polite. Easily walkable to anything in the French quarter. Loved the suite set up which gave my husband and I a separate bedroom from our teenage son.

The hotel is situated in a close proximity to a lot of attractions. There were some minor repairs/upkeeping going on, but nothing to impact the stay. We had an issue with a room next door being extremely loud, but the security took care of the problem immediately. Frost desk staff and valet were extremely helpful and courteous. We could not ask for better service. One small issue is that windows are not noise proved and it gets quite loud sometimes (we were on the 9th floor). Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel!

Nice, clean property just close enough to fun without being in the middle of drunk obnoxiousness. I had a one bedroom suite as an upgrade and it was worth the extra few bucks. Room 510 has a terrible view to a center atrium/light well and does not face outside.

Great location by Bourbon. Close enough to enjoy it when needed, but just far enough away to avoid the noise and crazy when you don't. The entire facility is clean, staff pleasant and rooms spacious and recently renovated.

Great experience, very customer oriented. Staff was organized and very quick to respond to our requests and inquiries. I would definitely stay at this location again.
Terrible customer service. Our phone didn’t work, our tv didn’t work. Heard the housekeepers at 7am. Would not recommend staying here, especially for the price we paid!

Great location, rooms were clean, and the staff was super friendly. The only thing it didn’t have that I missed was an outdoor area.

Great location right next to everything, but quieter than being in the middle of it. Super easy walk Bourbon, food, and shopping. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Would stay again!

Newer hotel, and right on Canal street that boards both the French Quarters and the business districts. Hotel was nice, and almost new.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. Everyone from the valet to the sanitary staff was so friendly and amazing. I felt so comfortable here and I was very grateful for that because I was very anxious about this trip.

Room was good, but lack of natural light, and some convenient thing: slippers, tea. But was totally sound proof.
The fitness center was a great experience.
The food, breakfast,cocktails options were not very good. But as many breakfast place around and for cocktails had a direct lift to the Lounge at The Ritz Carlton.

The room was clean and spacious - we got a suite which had plenty of room and so nice for relaxing. The staff was amazing including a manager (Tyler) who really cared about guest happiness. Great experience all around.

The staff was friendly as could be! The rooms were clean and the water was always hot! VALET is an absolute must if you stay here as the hotel is downtown and it’s cramped for parking, the VALET is in a secured garage under key of the staff. Lyft is great to use to get around as we left our vehicle at Valet so we didn’t bother with parking anywhere. Highly recommend!
