"Nothing to complain about "

"We have stayed at Leonardo twice waiting for cruises to come into Port so it is very convenient, however during both stays we were shoveled around to different rooms due to one problem or another. The hotel, no matter how convenient to the port will no longer be our hotel of choice when in Southampton. The maintenance has been deferred too long and the bathrooms are unfriendly to older people. Getting in and out of the bathtub is difficult and dangerous. Their staff is great, breakfast tasty, but the hotel has seen its better days."

"Easy to book online, reasonable prices. Staff welcome, check in easy. Food outlets in hotel available at different times. Good size room, comfortable bed. Parking area ample. Our only negative was our bathroom sink had a few old cracks (objects been dropped), not appealing"

"No did not get a beach view ,although room was clean, staff are very helpful outer side badly needing painting and smartning up, no food at this hotel u have to go next door to the Carleton hotel. Fire alarm went off late thursday night but it was ok maybe a bug in the sensory thing in the rooms? Noisy people next door to me doors banging loud conversation so not much sleep had!"
