"BEST room I have encountered in a long time! I struggle with any light at night and this room was super dark, the curtains actually were blackout. There was a phone charger, the clock has a noise maker in it, I could turn off the light on the clock, they thought of everything! Secure parking, comfy bed, nice staff. Will for sure stay here again."

"Have to pay $25 to valet park. Only other parking is along the adjoining park street, only about 10 spots. No coffee pot in room and hotel doesn't serve until 0700. Water did not get hot in room 518. Drink and bar prices a bit over priced. Seems everything had an up charge. Bottled water in room was $14. Stocked frig and snack bar in room prices high. Noisy street activity until 2 am ish."

"This is an excellent location right in Old Town with plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding few blocks. The space is compact, but comfortable. I appreciated the basket of snacks and selection of tea and coffee to get me started. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee on the patio watching the sunrise and hot-air balloons. The host was very responsive and helpful. My only negative experience was that there was a leak in the bathroom before my (very late) arrival and so I ended up needing to dry the floor at 1am before getting settled. The host apologized and the towels and rugs were picked up and laundered promptly the next morning. I would happily stay again. "

"I rented this home for a month to escape the Midwest winter, explore a new part of the country, and attend a nearby business conference—and it was a great choice all around.The house itself is charming and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was incredibly convenient for my conference, and during my downtime, everything I wanted to see and do around Albuquerque felt easily accessible.One of the unexpected highlights was the backyard. My dog, Louise, absolutely loved soaking up the sun out there, and I appreciated having a fully fenced space where I knew she was safe.During my stay, my son and granddaughter came to help with the conference, and I also hosted a visiting friend. The house handled it all comfortably—it was wonderful to have enough space for everyone without feeling crowded.As someone who enjoys cooking, I was especially pleased with the kitchen setup. It was well-equipped with everything I needed, including quality cookware (which is not always a given in rentals).Sam was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and quick to address any questions that came up.All in all, this was a comfortable, well-located home with thoughtful amenities and a great host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
