"Disorganized Valet, no luggage carts intermittent elevator problem. Dirty floors in room. Not worth $244.00 dollars for one night. Disappointing. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property including rooms, amenities, and restaurant were all very clean. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Nice pool and gym area. The food in the 5th floor restaurant was delicious and service was very quick. Definitely reccomend a stay here."

"Door failed to work upon arrival and departure. There was an issue with the electronic entry system on the door. I was accused of not paying my bar tab and had to come to the front desk with my receipt. I was informed the bar tender found it on the floor. It was obvious they spent no time looking for it. While at the front desk one of the bar tenders approached in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. This was the worst experience I have had from a Hilton hotel or any of there affiliates. The staff needs customer service training."

"Live locally, and always our go-to for date nights away from the kids. Staff is always pleasant, rooms are spacious and clean, right off 95 and Hammock landing in Palm Bay is the next exit south, worth it. "

"No towels, no tea in the lobby area. You basically have to ask for everything. Breakfast is very poor, so I will not recommend staying here. Maybe for one day maximum."

"Coffee maker was filthy front desk replaced it immediately with a new one, the bathroom mirror lighting needed to be brighter, and there is peeling paint in the unit. Spectator oceanfront view and the staff provided excellent service. Check your receipt before leaving I was charged a breakfast that I didn’t have it was deducted after I complained no problem "

"Once I arrived to the property, I was disappointed when I walked inside. It didn't look like the pictures online( or the high reviews, either) when I made the reservation online. It looked somewhat outdated, and could use a renovation. Also, I didn't realize before booking that it was carpeted through out. I don't like staying at properties that have carpet in the hallways, and especially in the rooms. Those properties usually have an odor, or sometimes a lingering unpleasant scent after a period of time; just like this property has! When I walk in a hotel, I don't want to smell anything- pleasant or unpleasant! No scents please, only fresh air! I asked for another room, because of the scent in the room, and Colleen at the front desk went out of her way for me( above and beyond her job description ), to personally look for a room that didn't have a loud scent! I want to smell fresh air, only! The next room was better, but still had a scent/odor, too. The rooms were clean, but looked cheap/outdated, and they didn't make it easy to use their Wi-Fi. Very limited tv channels, but that was minor for me, because I don't watch a lot of tv. For the price I paid, I have stayed at better hotels. I regretted not going with another hotel that I looked at, first. The breakfast was really good, not a huge selection to choose from, but adequate. Colleen at the front desk was professional, genuinely friendly and kind! Barbara, at the front desk, (during checkout) was very nice and helpful. "
