Mosquito Hill Loop Hiking - 3.5 miles from property. Please note: All trails are closed in November due to hunting season.

Newton Blackmour State Trail - Western Trail Head is located on House Rd - 3 miles from property. Open year round. No state park pass required to use the trail.

Between mid-April to early-May you can see the sturgeon fish spawning in Shioctin and New London. You can see this for a few days when the water reaches 50-60 degrees. We’re lucky to be located near the only place in North America with viewable spawning sites!

The Wolf River walleye run typically occurs in late March and continues through April, as fish migrate north to spawn. The spring walleye run peaks between late March and early May, depending on water temperatures. During the run, the river is full of spawning walleye and other fish.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings without approval. Events are generally not allowed, but reach out, and depending on your event, we may approve it.
- Must be at least 21 years old to book
- Photo ID required upon check-in
- Dog friendly w/ $50 fee (+ fees & taxes, 2 max)
- We require a card to be kept on file with VRBO that will only be charged if we must file a damage claim.
- Cleaning fee required - $250. This covers your entire stay.
