Newly built in 2026, the Beach House is situated on Sunset Lake, one of the area`s premier non-motorized man-made lakes. This home is perfect for families, golfers, and bachelor/bachelorette parties. Our guests enjoy the private hot tub, video games, multiple family rooms, deck, patio, grill, and plenty of water toys such as stand-up paddle boards and kayaks. There is plenty of space at the Beach House for your entire group so book your stay today!

Backyard:
Our backyard has a hot tub and a private sandy beach with shallow access to Sunset Lake. You`ll enjoy the clear spring water and sandy bottom of the lake. The lake is stocked with fish for catch and release only. We have cornhole boards & bags, a firepit, standup paddle boards, kayaks., a hot tub, and more! Ice skating in the winter is permitted.

Main Floor:
The main floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living area, dining area and kitchen. Our guests will enjoy the electric fireplace and Roku TVs on chilly or rainy days. The open concept main area opens to a large deck with great views of Sunset Lake and a clear view of the kiddos playing in the sand on your private beach.

Lower Level:

For safety and liability reasons, this property has exterior cameras including a video doorbell and cameras that watch the backyard including the beach, patio, and hot tub.

Our guests have access to the entire property with the exception of some storage areas.

We give our guests the space they expect for an excellent and relaxing vacation but we are available when needed.

Sunset Lake is a mixed-use neighborhood consisting of residents, second homes, and vacation rental properties.
• Minimum Age. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property
• Right to Evict. We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without warning, anyone who has broken a rule or caused a disturbance
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the condo. Visitors beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted.
• NO SMOKING
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited 15 (there is an additional fee for guests over 12 people.
• Hot Tub. These hot tub rules are for health and safety reasons.
o Not more than 6 guests may use the hot tub at once.
o Guests must shower before entering the hot tub
o No soaps, oils, or any additives are permitted in the hot tub
o No glass may be in or around the hot tub
o The hot tub may be serviced during your stay. We will try not to disturb you
o The chemical/chlorine floater may not be removed from the hot tub
o If the hot tub needs serviced during your stay, please notify your host
o If the hot tub does not look healthy (greenish tint, low water, debris) do not use and notify your host
o No jumping in the hot tub
• Pets. The only pets allowed are dogs (maximum 2) up to 60 pounds each and we do not allow breeds that are widely considered aggressive such as, but not limited to, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc...
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
• Grilling. Do not leave grill unattended and please clean the grill after use.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage should be placed in the hoppers outside of the garage
