This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family home is a brand-new listing that comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests — ideal for family reunions, golf getaways, or relaxing retreats by the water. Our home is family friendly for children of all ages!

The backyard has a beautiful private sandy beach right on Sunset Lake. This private lake is great for any non-motorized water activities. Sand Trap Shores features an upper deck with a grill and ample seating to overlook the peaceful lake. There are also kayaks for family fun on the water as well as kids sand toys for the beach. Catch and release fishing is allowed.

◆ We require the primary guest to be at least 25 years of age when they book.

◆ Guests must sign a hot tub agreement before check-in.

◆ Children under 18 are not permitted in the hot tubs.

◆ The booking guest must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Northwoods Portal powered by Guesty prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $200 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6.50 every additional night.

◆ Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
