The ramp was too shallow to put in but birdsong marina was 6 minute drive! We will definitely come back!"

"This is located right off exit 126 on I-40. Staff was courteous & helpful. Room was great. I loved how big the refrigerator was! It was quiet, no issues. There’s a 24 hr truck stop right across the road, if you need anything. You have to drive a bit to get anywhere in that area, so it’s very helpful. They do have a drink vending machine & ice machine right by the office. Minimal breakfast is included. Served my needs very well, and I definitely recommend! "

"The view was amazing! Hot tub was super clean (needs a new lid) house was very clean! Owner was great to work with!The dock was further away than the pictures made it seem and it was not accessible to my husband who has a bad back bc it was very steep. But!! It had everything a family would I need to have lots of fun at the lake!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Being at the end of the road, right on the water, provided us with privacy and peaceful surroundings. Our host was very responsive to our messaging throughout the whole process. The home was stocked with coffee, spices, Keurig cups, drip coffee filters, etc. The accommodations were very comfortable. We needed absolutely nothing. BBQ grill worked great. We did not use the fire pit because the temps and heat index was so high - we preferred the AC. The views were great and watching the osprey, deer and wild turkey was fun. A single bald eagle flew over along with several turkey vultures. The water traffic of barges and leisure boats were interesting. Binoculars, which were provided by our hosts, were beneficial in seeing the osprey on their nest and reading the names on the tugboats!We would certainly come back to this home.Thank you for sharing it with us."

"Fox Berry Hill is a lovely lakefront property. We stayed during an incredibly hot week. SUPPing on the lake made it much more enjoyable. Pros: Great AC and easily adjustableBed in master bedroom was super comfortableWater pressure was strongLake access was excellent. Easy to take paddle boards down to lake via ramp, moreso than steps.Kitchen had great supplies overall, easy to cook and prep food. Ample pantry w spices left over from previous guests.TV worked great, but no remote for DVR.Many gamesAmple life jackets for adults and kids provided.Hose outside in garage area great to hose off SUPsManager, Ronnie, very responsive and helpfulHot tube clean but it was too hot outside to use it this weekDogs next door not a problemAmazing sunsetsLovely decorCons; Nests of hornets in house awnings. We could hear them inside living room. Front of house and side of house always had a few hornets circling us. Midway thru our vacation, we had to stop using porch except to grill due to hornets burzzing around and in and out of ceiling fans. Maybe hornets are a normal TN thing, but we didnt want to get stung.Cleaner didnt remove trash before we came and it stunk on porch when we arrived. It also attracted hornets. Ronnie had new trash service remove it a few days after we arrived. Another guest left an open bag of trash and food in bottom of black trashcan and trash removal service didnt clean it up during our stay. Attracted more hornets.Need more sharp kitchen knives"
