First, I know that this will not fully make up for the terribly disappointing experience that you had at Logan Inn recently, but I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for everything that you have explained here. It is our mission here at Logan Inn to be memorymakers - to provide each and every guest with a wonderful experience that they will always remember. We not only want to help make great memories, but we want to exceed expectations. It truly upsets me to hear that we did not at all live up to what we work hard to do. I am sorry that you felt our staff seemed not interested, this is very upsetting to me and I will most certainly speak to my front desk staff. Otherwise, I am upset to hear about your disappointment with our accommodations. Aside from this, I am pleased to hear that our valet service was attentive. To try to make up for this disappointing experience, I would like to invite you back to stay with us again at no cost to you.
