Staff was very rude and disrespectful they had me book another room I was compliment enough to spend another $200 on a room and she denied us service because of our comments toward each there as me and my brothers were checking in she was upset because I said this is the worst service I received a hotel in years

Started staying there last week made a deposit then it went up! without warning so that was a little awkward but hey it’s a business and I understand. However, I didn’t understand at first my deposit would get moved to the new reservation because I couldn’t afford to pay it weekly so I had to pay day to day and all of a sudden one of the managers tell me that I can’t do it no more so every night I get a room I have to pay deposit, which I understand because this is a business but what I don’t understand is that should of been told to me at the beginning I respect the LGBTQIA2S staff ( the two young females are heterosexual) but business is business and it should be done right

Breakfast could use a few more options. When I checked in the guy at the desk seemed like he had a long day and came off as a little rude he thought he was about to go back and forth with about the deposit fee I just said Ok and checked into my room to enjoy my stay just because his energy is off don’t mean mine has to.

TV had very limited stations. NFL playoff game would have been nice. Breakfast started to late to be used. Stopped in office to check out and at least get a coffee but no one at desk after trying to get in with key card, then ringing the intercom bell a few times, I finally gave up and just left.

First time staying there staff Diego was not welcoming upon arrival. Arrival later on the night there’s was police at the site arresting someone. Will not stay there again

This property is in need of renovations. First room had no heat and smelled pretty badly of smoke. Second room we moved to was slightly improved. We cut our stay a night short - it just wasn’t comfortable.

Very tired property. Needs some tlc. Rotting wood and broken things like the drain in the tub and paintings falling off the wall. Very large property with many guests, and quiet and pretty clean in the actual room.

The rooms were large, twice as large as downtown hotels. The beds were clean enough. But the heater was very noisy, the vent in the bathroom was very noisy, the carpets were very dirty, the “non-smoking” room smelled like a casino, the lighting was also very poor, the long-term stay neighbors were very loud, breakfast was terrible. Not hospitable at all! Check-in at midnight also took 30 minutes as staff could be more competent. I needed another room to be close to mine and sent messages ahead of time but did not happen either. Will never stay here or recommend it to friends.

Pictures on web lied. Filthy old room. Toilet stop
Took a while to get through security door to check in desk. We had to call intercom at 5:00 pm. Filthy Room. Stopped up toilet with plunger on sidewalk as we approached room. Foul smell. Sign at parking space warning of theft. We turned right around, even though I prepaid, and checked-in at LaQunita down the street.

If you're considering staying here...Don't! $150 deposit for a place that stunk like cigarettes and weed. Burn marks on the tables and carpet. Called to tell them and no offer of another room or discount was offered. Luckily, we were just crashing for 1 night. Took over a week to get the deposit back. "Breakfast" is a joke for that price. Seems to be transients using it as short term rentals. Please be aware of the fine print, deposit will not be refunded in full as they take taxes out of it. Again, DO NOT STAY here.

The room definitely needs to be updated. While clean, rugs were worn and taps were leaky. And the kitchen needs a deep clean. Everything was sticky.

Located in a run down part of New Haven, essentially in a car park. Checked into the room and the smell of marajuana was overwhelming. The smell didn’t really dissipate in the the two nights we were there. The newly rented bated rooms in the picture may exist but we didn’t get one. Very old, battered kitchen appliances and just overall didn’t feel particularly clean. Disappointed!

Individual unit like an apt was good. Everything was bad. Really dirty and stained carpet. Bad smoke odor. Bad lighting inside and outside. Arrived late. Person at the checking spent more than 25 min confirming payment was made via Expedia. Waited for a while for the security guy to show us our unit. The walkway was dark and was not properly illuminated. Breakfast was awful, limited items and tasted bad. Will not recommend to anyone.

Overall, it fit our needs for one night but I wouldn’t book again. Property needs an upgrade, our room definitely didn’t look as nice as the photo. Room was clean, just dingy in general. The most disappointing part was getting charged a surprise $300 for incidentals.

This hotel requires a 300 incidental deposit for the two bedroom suites and 150 incidental deposit for the studio suites. This hotel also has a No Party Policy. After check out we refund the incidental deposit once the room is inspected by housekeeping if we do not find damage, smoking, theft, or violation of the No Party Policy. Again, thank you for writing a review and I am sorry the incidental deposit was a surprise.
