Have been coming for a couple of years here and the same attendant, the bald guy with beard, gave me or my boss a hard time. He kept blaming Expedia for the errors and I gave a chance after chance. The first time he gave wrong room of single bed instead of 2. But this last time back in January of this year, he made a mistake with my stay and had me out of the room and blamed Expedia when it was his error. Even though I have been coming often there was no flexibility. This was the third time something came up, it seems they are arrogant and don’t care about customer service. I will no longer use this place.

This hotel Friendly, clean, well maintained, And a pool! Breakfast is free and it’s nearby university that my son got accepted to it’s a convenient family friendly place, and the price per night is reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

The gentleman clerk was extremely rude and sarcastic. The sales manager intervened and handled everything very professionally and politely.

Convenient off the highway. You notice the wear and tear that this place is going through. Room refrigerator didn't work. Amenities outdated and need to be updated. Staff could've been more friendly and attentive. Stains on ceiling and carpet (room & hallway).

My room was facing the interstate. It was very loud. I had an allergic reaction to whatever laundry products were used. I woke up with hives all over my body. The front desk staff, both evening and morning, were very hospitable.

Room has no heat and hotel staff is not willing to do anything about it. They dont have any extra blankets as well. They said they don’t have any maintenance person and can’t change our room. There are plenty of rooms available on our floor as whole floor is complete quiet and it’s 9pm.

Quiet and conveniently located. Front desk worker was EXTREMELY welcoming and kind. My only issue was the light above the bathroom mirror did not work so I had to do my makeup in the kitchenette.

Carpets were not vacuumed throughout the hotel. You could see food on the floor in the hallways and during our weekend stay, not once did that get cleaned. Rooms are old, furniture was stained, carpets dirty and musty. Front desk staff were very friendly but the cleaning staff needs an overhaul (if there even is one).

Had people camping in the hallway, banging, making so much noise that I could barely sleep. Every time I close my eyes, they would slam the door cause me to wake up at one point I open my door to check outside in the hallway. There was a cop escorting a man out with a dog, the bathroom light didn’t work no shampoo or body wash in the shower. It was completely empty and the mini fridge didn’t work so all the ice cream I bought was melted. also, the room wouldn’t get cold in 73°. I had a thermostat set on high cold, 65°.

Very noisy as it is directly off the highway. Lots of loud intoxicated people throughout the night. Right next to Texas Roadhouse which is convenient. Staff are all friendly and helpful but they seem to be short staffed as no one was manning the front desk at check out time.

It’s a good hotel and clean!
The hotel was over pretty clean, but the service in the front desk. I had to wait until the booking check in time and even after I checked in exactly the time it said I had to wait additionally 30 minutes at the lobby because he didn’t have any rooms cleaned, I can understand because it was the week of New Year’s but overall the room was clean. The bathroom is clean. The area is nice it’s convenient there’s a Walmart and Aldi.

This was the worst stay at any hotel. It was for my daughters birthday and first thing the indoor pool was closed, the whole reason we even booked that hotel and that was not communicated at all upon arrival. One of the rooms smelled of an overly floral masking scent like a deodorizer was used, it instantly caused headaches, the shower was dirty, there was trash left on the floor from previous guests and no toilet paper. The other room did not share the scent but had a clogged sink, no hand soap, a wet spot that we were suspicious of being dog pee as they allow pets, my daughter stepped in that, holes in the sheets. I complained with Expedia who called the hotel they said as she wasn’t the manager she couldn’t approve a refund but the manager tomorrow would. She comes up to investigate the rooms and is also shocked and apologetic, we switched our room and this one smelled musty and old, my allergies immediately started up, the microwave was disgusting, the phone was missing buttons and unusable. Again the front desk woman assured me I’d get a refund and apologized. She even gave me a complimentary Benadryl since I was now having an allergic reaction to the new room at 10pm. I talked to Expedia who once again assured me I’d get a refund and they would never allow such customer dissatisfaction only to be told the hotel refused and there’s nothing they can do about it. I will never stay there again but I also doubt I will ever use Expedia again either.
