Our room was clean and fairly quiet except for the heater. Check in area, hallway, and more, were under construction so the lobby looked terrible. Didn’t know we were walking into a construction site. Hotel needs to be brought into the 21st century. Was quite outdated.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the overall condition of the property was not great due to that construction. However, our room was very nice and all the staff were fabulous! Stephanie, who prepared the free breakfast was incredibly kind. The front desk staff were super helpful and even gave us very nice chocolates for Valentine's Day when we checked out. We will stay here again if in the area.

Check in was easy & quick and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The room was a good size with a nice bathroom, was clean and had been remodeled, though the hallway had a strong smell due to the new carpet. Overall decent for the price and would stay again if in the area.

We had blood stained sheets in our room which was absolutely disgusting. Barely any breakfast, everything was gone very early. The elevator seemed like it was going to fall apart. The toilet didn’t flush properly and ended up having to use the one in the lobby so we didn’t have to change rooms a second time.

Good, Standard Stay
It’s a nice, standard hotel. Convenient spot right off the highway. They were renovating and we didn’t hear any noise or disturbances. Our room was comfortable, we had a bit of problems getting the heating adjusted since the unit blows the cold air first, then hot air. The breakfast is the standard fare,but it was hot and fresh every day. The staff is always friendly and professional.

Property is easily accessible. Waited in line 15 minutes to check in because the person at the desk was not trained to do check ins. Also got back after 11pm, outer door was unlocked and no staff at the desk. Very poor security

The front desk staff and food service staff were very friendly and helpful. In fact during my early check-in, the attendant offered me a lower rate that even I didn’t know I was eligible for. Breakfast included several hot and cold options along with a fresh cut fruit medley. The lobby always has hot coffee for guests and a special gift at the reception desk all day!

Made reservations 2 months ago. Wanted a King bed when I made the reservation but got double queens and was told that work was being done. They could had said this when I planned on getting there. Plus the smell was gross from the work being done.

I would like to open with the positive. Our room was spotless, clean and quiet. The bedding was great and we slept like babies on the mattress. The TV was large. Bathroom was clean. Now on the not so great … We checked in late. The lobby was okay. The dining area I took a peek at for the morning breakfast was not really very clean. Crumbs and dirty table/counter tops were evident. When we entered the elevator, it appeared someone applied white duct to EVERY visible surface except the buttons. Turns out the hotel was under renovation and they were trying to protect the elevator.

Stayed for a show at the Toyota center. After a 3 and a half hour drive we arrived a half hour before check in time. Desk clerk had no issues allowing us to check in early. Very friendly and helpful. Check out clerk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful as well. Room as well as the whole facility were clean and very comfortable. If i had one small complaint the driveway entrance is not very well lit as we arrived from our event well after midnight.

My family and I have stayed here many times. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stephanie, the manager of the breakfast service, particularly great. I realize that because of staff shortages there are now more limited housekeeping services, but please either supply fresh towels regularly every day or install more towel racks so you can hang your towels up to dry. Also please supply bigger and at least two waste baskets.

A fairly decent hotel.
The staff was helpful and the location and breakfast were useful for us. The only problem was the the heater/AC unit was in need of weatherstripping, a cold draft continually came in and the (sleeping) room temperature went between too hot and too cold. It helped when I put some blue painters tape around the unit.
