Welcome to a bright, thoughtfully designed home for a comfortable stay. The open living area is perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen has everything you need, including stainless steel appliances. Guests often say the space looks just like the photos and is great for both relaxing and working.

The bathroom is newly renovated and comes stocked with starter toiletries and fresh towels.

Enjoy full access to this clean and cozy apartment with easy self check-in using a smart lock. We’re always available if you need anything. Starter supplies like paper towels and soap are provided, but longer stays will need to restock.

We want to ensure your stay is as smooth as possible, so please review the following notes:

- Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: We offer flexible timing for your convenience. You may check in as early as 2:00 PM or check out as late as 12:00 PM for a $50 fee each. Please request this in advance as it is subject to availability.

- Parking: One designated spot is available for $19 per night.

- Check-in: Contactless digital lock instructions are sent prior to your arrival.

- Pet Policy: We only allow pets 50 lbs and below, and your pet must be included on the booking before arrival and please let us know the breed.

- Our building has mandatory monthly extermination as part of the regular maintenance for all units. This service helps keep the building clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone. Because it is required by the building management, access to the unit is needed, and unfortunately guests are not permitted to decline the scheduled service. We will always notify you in advance of the exact date and time window.

- Mail: We do not have access to a mailbox for guest mail or packages.

- We kindly require guests to complete our online check-in form. This includes uploading a valid ID and signing the rental agreement.
