"Arrived late at the hotel. The room smelled like smoke and the floors were dirty and looked like they had not been mopped in months. There were no other rooms available and the fronts desk solution was to come and spray room deodorizer in our room. The dirty floor was never addressed."

"We had to leave the hotel at 3:45 AM for a very early flight, so the shuttle was not available to us. The desk staff did help recommend a taxi service, though, which worked out well."

"Was there 2 nites. Staff was very nice! But… No housekeeping at all. Needed another towel. Called housekeeping & front desk several times & no one picked up (did get the towels tho, but no beds made, etc). Room HVAC was wonky: either too hot or too cold. TV didn’t work. Bar wasnt open when we wanted to get something. Always seemed like it was closed. "

"PERFECT location if you need to stay in Leland. We were in need of spot close to extended family for a reunion. Comfortable mattresses, clean, and large fenced in back yard. A few upgrades would make this a true 100% gem. Missing a can opener caused a slight issue but we just borrowed from relatives near by. There is some rust on bath light fixture and shower rods that needs just a cheap simple switch out, but in no way affected our stay."
