"The pools, ocean front and view from our balcony were beautiful. The front desk and restaurant staffs were friendly and accommodating. Our rental unit, however was outdated and dirty (hall maintenance closet full of dust). The last night of our stay we turned the tv on for the first time to find the picture scrambled, which the tech staff was unable to fix. What was upsetting is upon checkout the next morning the manager questioned me about it as if we had broken it, and also made some unprofessional comments about the technician. It put a damper on the whole stay."

"We had a wonderful stay! Very close to UNCW for our daughter’s graduation and short drive to downtown Wilmington for dinner or beach visit. The house was very clean and had sheets/towels for an easy long weekend stay. Great back yard for our golden retriever. Beds were comfortable and seating in tv room was comfortable. Parking was convenient for multiple cars. Great stay! Would highly recommend "

"Breakfast was good. Room as clean and nice. Friendly staff and enjoyed petting Skittles the cat. Only thing I would change or recommend is having charging stations in each room. That would make it perfect!!"

"The bed looks just like the picture. However, it broke after we lay on it for about an hour. The technician came and propped the bed up with bricks. They did not offer us any other accommodations. So we cut our trip a day short. The floor mats had animal hair on them. The window unit air-conditioner was very loud and though it was set on auto it would never cut off. There is no stove in the kitchen. That was just probably my oversight. There is no dishwasher or sink. On the positive we were able to walk right across the street to restaurants. It was a short drive down to the beach. That is what I liked. "
