"The rooms were clean but the building was older than I thought. I hate bathrooms with shower curtains! Too many germs"

"I stayed at the Encore last Friday and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clearly designed with a lot of attention to detail. The entire property feels high-end and organized, and the service in most areas of the hotel was great. The casino floor is impressive, with a great atmosphere and a wide variety of games available. It’s definitely one of the best casino properties in the region. However, the only negative part of my stay was the behavior of a few dealers at some of the tables. Unfortunately, some of them came across as rude and unnecessarily unfriendly toward players. At one point, I had an argument with a dealer who was speaking disrespectfully not only to me but also to other people at the table without any clear reason. That kind of attitude takes away from what should be a fun and welcoming environment. Aside from that situation, everything else during my stay was excellent. The hotel, facilities, and overall atmosphere are outstanding. I would definitely return, but I hope management can address the professionalism of some dealers so the experience matches the high standard of the rest of the property."

"Rooms are standard and clean. However, the staff is ill equipped to make the experience with the hotel feel comfortable. Example: I asked for extra bottled water and was told no. My room was half cleaned. New towels were brought in but the bed was left unmade which was very odd. Layout of the hotel was the most confusing place I've ever stayed. I walked in circles everytime I tried to find my room or leave the hotel. More clear signage to exits would be very helpful."
