"Wow! 100/10. A fantastic stay… Samantha and David are great hosts of this cottage. True farm setting with goats, chickens, turkeys, pigs, rabbits, kittens and a dog. Very comfortable interior, spotless and well decorated. Great pastries upon arrival and surprise fresh baked cinnamon rolls our first morning. We felt welcomed and at home. The Green Cottage Farm is highly recommended and we will definitely return."

"We were optimistic about our stay at this home and it surpassed our expectations. We had a family trip including children as young as 2 and grandparents as old as 70. The house had plenty of room, was clean and orderly. There were many “extras” available if needed including a baby bathing seat, booster seats, pack n play crib, etc. The kids were never short of activities. They enjoyed the garage “game room” which had many fun activities and was climate controlled. Bonus they had a peloton bike there, and even a few sizes of shoes that happened to fit my wife and I. We did nightly movie nights in the basement theatre. Technology all worked as planned and they had instructions for any of the more complicated tech equipment. The kitchen was stocked with anything we may have needed. We grilled several evenings and there was an extra propane tank, even though we didn’t need it. Nice kitchen range, microwave, air fryer / toaster, and utensils. The highest level rooms did get warm, but it was also over 100 multiple days we were in Kansas City. They had ample fans supplied that can be placed where needed in the house. The check in was smooth, check out was easy with minimal checklist to do. The location was 15-30 minutes from all of our main activities. Bonus there was a gas station near and a Walmart neighborhood very near for any grocery needs.Overall this was a great spot for our family trip and we recommend particularly for families and large family groups!"

"Ryan & Mel were fantastic managers. Good communicators, helpful, & very professional. The house was ABSOLUTELY spotlessly clean. Everything you could imagine is provided. The house is comfortable, cozy & conveniently located. And the nearby traintracks was not an issue at all. It's a no horn zone & I actually found the clacking on the rails quite soothing & looked forward to the next passing train. And I could go on & on about the comfortable bed. Oh my! Like sleeping on a cloud. I have family in the area & this will definitely be my go to for every visit from here on. Thank you Ryan & Mel. I'd give you 100 stars if I could. "

"Check-In was quick and easy. A big shout out to Dayla, the front desk evening manager. She was very professional and very easygoing. Made you feel important and acted like we had been friends for years."
