"He needs to clean the room because there are a lot of cockroaches.The staff needs to be more courteous to customers and willing to assist them, because the person I dealt with provided terrible service."

"The staff was very helpful and nice but the rooms were dirty! We checked into our room and the found the toilet full of feces, used soap in the shower and the bed sheets a mess. They staff was incredibly nice and gave us a new room that much better with the dirty gloves on the bedside table. There were piles of boxes and trash on each floor near the elevator. We won’t be returning. "
