Located just minutes from downtown New Buffalo, area beaches, Four Winds Casino, and local wineries, this home offers the perfect blend of nature and convenience.

Spanning nearly 3,000 square feet across three levels, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bath cabin is designed for relaxation. Cozy up by the fireplace, take in the breathtaking views from the 850-square-foot deck, or soak in the outdoor hot tub, available year-round. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck or stargazing by the fire pit, this home provides a peaceful escape from everyday life.

Inside, the thoughtfully designed interior offers the comforts of home without the typical “rental feel.” Fully equipped with modern amenities, the open-concept layout is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Privacy is unmatched—no neighbors in sight, just the serenity of the surrounding woods.

For those looking to explore, New Buffalo is just a five-minute drive away, offering charming shops, renowned restaurants, wineries, and a full-service spa. Outdoor enthusiasts can rent kayaks, cycle through scenic rolling hills, or golf at nearby courses. We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. Please be advised that this home does have a camera that monitors the driveway and the garage but can be turned off after arrival if so requested.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee per stay, per dog ( 2 dog max) is assessed during the booking process.

Wonderful Property

Great stay, very spacious, very quiet and peaceful. Cabin was clean and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the hot tub not working (water was cold) We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Michigan Retreat

Had an amazing time at the Waya Den. Property is secluded yet easy to find. The house had all the amenities we needed and more than enough room for all of our guests. Girlfriend Reunion

This is a fabulous property. Its in a secluded wooded area that is just beautiful. Lot's of space for group gathering. Even in rainy weather we were able to be outdoors in the screened in areas. We had planned to spend more time in town, but the property was so wonderful we pretty much just hung out at this amazing house. Highly recommend!

Perfect winter weekend getaway

I organized a trip here with group of friends this past weekend, and the place was beautiful even buried in snow after a blizzard the day we arrived. So much charm, comfortable beds, lots of space and supplies, great hot tub - everything was wonderful. The owner Ron was incredibly helpful, making sure that the driveway was plowed before we got there Friday and again before we had to leave Sunday. The house has a few quirks, but Ron was very responsive and helpful regarding any of our questions or issues that came up during our stay and it was a phenomenal value for the quality and location. Definitely recommend!

Amazing cabin in the woods

Property was as listed. Wonderful view off of back deck. Very peaceful. Bottom deck was amazing with all of the lights. Great family time playing board games . Kitchen very well stocked. Perfect getaway for parents with grown children. Lots of space to spread out. Close to Warren Dunes dog beach and wineries. Great place to unplug...unwind...and just get away from it all. We all had an amazing time!

Awesome trip

My family had a wonderful time in Michigan and this rental was amazing! It is a beautiful wooded setting conveniently located near several beautiful beaches and there are many restaurants close by. We loved the big back deck that overlooked the river and we used the hot tub a lot. We set up a portable badminton set in the side yard and there were many tournaments daily! All the beds and couches were very comfortable. The house was clean and kitchen very well stocked. The rental company was easy to work with and very helpful, thank you Maria for answering all my questions! We would love to return one day!

Sistah's Getaway 2023

The property is gorgeous. Very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for a large group of women. We appreciated having lots of throws and blankets because a storm passed through and we lost power. It would have been nice if there had been a generator because we couldn't flush the toilets or get running water whilst the power was out. Also there was a water pressure issue with the upstairs shower. We also appreciated all of the games provided. It was also great having access to YouTube because we didn't have to use a laptop to watch our Sabbath Lesson. The ladies are looking forward to an annual retreat at this property again, but during nicer weather so we can enjoy the Hot tub and fire pit.

Perfect for Reunion of 7 College Roommates

Spacious common areas, including living room, covered and uncovered decks, and outdoor grassy areas. Secluded. Close to a road but little noise. Beautiful, big trees provide ample shade. Quality and comfortable furnishings inside and out including deck chairs, tables, couches, and beds. 20 minutes to Warren Dunes State Park and closer to other beaches. 45 minutes to South Bend and Notre Dame. Host communicated timely and answered all our questions. Well-stocked kitchen. Too warm for us to use the hot tub and fire pit, but both would be great in other seasons. Overall a wonderful stay and good value!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family (3 generations) had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The location is very convenient! The layout of the house is perfect with lots of room to spread out. We really enjoyed the deck with lots of tables/chairs, gas grill and hot tub. The screened-in porch was perfect for evenings of games and puzzles. The house was clean and kitchen is very well stocked. The property manager is very easy to work with. Fun!
