Our charming adobe style home is located right on the Blanco River! We have deep and shallow water for you to enjoy relaxing in a tub, a chair or even a kayak! Located only 1/2 mile from downtown Wimberley for restaurants and shopping, the Blue Hole, bike trails, hiking paths and everything that Wimberley has to offer! Amazing views, newly furnished , fastest wifi available. Escape the city and come back to nature! Please see our other home next door for larger parties.

We also have 5-star ratings on another home sharing website and I'm a Super Host on VRBO and others. You are in great hands renting with us as these are all our personal homes so we treat them and you with the utmost respect!

Perfect location for a Wimberly getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spanish Sanctuary. The location is excellent and the house is clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the sunset. Plus, Hayley does a great job of communicating and responding to questions. Great rental!

Great weekend get away

Great weekend!

House was a great location, loved being off the river, near downtown and minutes from the Blue Hole! The house was great, beds were comfortable and beautiful views! We would stay here again for sure!

Great Wymberly getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We especially loved sitting by the fire pit at night. The location is awesome and the house is great for two couples.

Fantastic Place on the Blanco River!

We had a great time in this cozy, well appointed home. Comfortable couches, amazing beds and a great fire place. The place had all the supplies needed for a pleasant stay.

Quick Getaway

Thank you for the use of your home! We loved our accommodations and location. The online description was spot on and property was easy to get in and out of. House was well-appointed and very comfortable. We would definitely try to stay here when visiting Wimberley again.

The home was very nice and the host, Hayley, was great. My wife, two dogs and I enjoyed a peaceful and eventful week in Wimberly for seven days including the week of Thanksgiving. There was an internet problem on the first day and Hayley was contacted. She tried to correct the problem but was unable to at first. She contacted the people for help and scheduled them for Monday morning. When we awoke on Sunday morning all seem well with the internet. Hayley still kept the appointment with the service people and insisted that wireless router and modem be replaced to prevent any further interruptions. We had no more problems for the rest of our stay. We walked early every mornning, midday as well as early evening and it was great! It was very nice sitting out on the deck overlooking the river when we weren't down there walking. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Great house & Great location

We had a wonderful stay. Experienced really bad storm and weather one of the nights. Great location close to town. The linens on the beds had me looking on the tags so I could buy them. Everything was wonderful. Great communication and responsive management. Would definitely love to stay her again. Thank you!!!

Beautiful property on the river

We booked this property for parents weekend at TXST because we wanted to take advantage of being so close to Wimberly and still have a short drive to San Marcos. Very convenient to everything. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Love the view from the porch and the swing downstairs. Communication with owner was great and we really appreciated the dinner recommendation as it was fabulous as well!

Peaceful, relaxing, and very elegant

We came right before Thanksgiving. It was my wife and I my mother-in-law and small puppy in this house was perfect. My mother-in-law and wife was very, very impressed. It probably takes 2 1/2 minutes to get to town very easy drive We will definitely come back to this Vrbo property. The communication via email was perfect again thank you and we highly recommend.

Great location

Perfect house for our girls weekend! Close to town and restaurants. We had a lovely time. Our only disappointment was that we were hoping for a few relaxing evenings in the hot tub. Listing mentioned it was a 4 seater and it was only a 2 seater. Other then that no complaints! Well decorated and clean!

Wonderful Weekend in Wimberley

This beautiful house sits right on the Blanco River. It is clean and equipped with everything you need. The view from the porch overlooking the river is so peaceful and beautiful. The town is literally a quick car ride across the bridge. Wimberley is the cutest place ever! It was decorated for Fall and Halloween and looked so festive. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the town square. All walkable after parking your car. Thank you for a wonderful girls weekend! We will be back.

Great location and nice house!

Riverfront location was perfect - both shallow and “deep” (4-5 feet) waters that our 7 year old son loved! Rock stairs allowed easy river access. The house is just far enough from downtown (very short drive) to feel secluded and relaxing. The furnishings in the home were super comfy - especially the beds and bedding!!! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were very clean with recently renovated showers. We really enjoyed grilling and relaxing on the balcony overlooking the river! A very nice home with extremely helpful and friendly owner/manager. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

What a location! Spent most of our time on the back deck overlooking the beautiful Blanco River. Saw cardinals, deer, and even a fox! Used the bbq one night for dinner…worked great. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beds are very comfortable; pillows a little high for my neck, but found a cushion that worked. TVs in every room, which made my 80 year old aunt happy. Very easy layout for those that are mobility challenged. Saw the total eclipse from the deck with a glass of wine in our hands for a truly memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again.

This trip was a getaway for me and my husband and our best friends. The location was PERFECT for getting to the very nice downtown activities. The house was lovely and very clean. The beds were very comfortable which is a big plus for me when traveling. Will be staying here again for sure.
