The Space:

Inside, this quaint king guestroom showcases a distinctive Southwest-inspired design and ultimate comfort. Equipped with a smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi, this studio makes it easy to relax after a day of exploring. A mini fridge, microwave, and single-serve coffee maker provide the essentials for storing snacks, heating light meals, and enjoying a fresh cup of your favorite brew before heading out to experience everything New Braunfels has to offer.



This studio comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The tub is a jetted Whirlpool tub.

• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the closet of Building 3’s breezeway.

• Stall parking for 1 vehicle available.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• This home is the downstairs guestroom of the 2nd building on the left as you enter the property.

• For more space, larger parties are encouraged to book Sweetwater, which adds a living room and additional sleeping accommodation.

• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
