House was great and served us well. It was beautiful and we loved the setup of the house. Favorite part was the showers!! Definitely will come back.

There was no info on the listening about how your 9th and 10th person will be sleeping on an air mattress. And your 7&8 will sleep on a pull out couch about 1/4 in think with disgusting stains on it. All of the pillows were stained and the extra linens were just thrown on the closet floor.inside of cabinets were nasty and so were all the dishes. I will be perusing a refund. I have never stayed in a VRBO like this

Bad location, horrible King Mattress

The house was newly renovated but the master bedroom king size bed was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. We didn't even stay our third night because my husband and I got little to no sleep. The house is also right by the highway so we couldn't enjoy the fire-pit out back because of the noise. The shower heads are also awful. It felt like being hit with tiny pellets while trying to shower. If the owner got a new mattress and new shower heads, the location wouldn't be that big of an issue. Overall our stay was uncomfortable. Also, the refrigerator needs a good cleaning.

Upon arriving at the destination, the grass was so overgrown. You could tell it hadn't been cut in weeks! We walked in and the inside was nice. However, after looking around, we found the flooring was coming up throughout the house. The master bathroom's toilet lid was broken. The outside umbrella was basically ripped to shreds. The grill was disgusting. The advertising focused on location, location, location with fast food restaurants within walking distance. For example, Arby's was listed as walking distance within 3 minutes. Arby's was across the highway. I guess we could have ran across the highway dodging cars to get there in 3 minutes. Texas Tubes was listed as a 4 minute ride but it was 8 minutes. There were 2 air mattresses that had holes in them. I contacted the host, Patricia. She had the yard guys come out the next morning and sent a new air mattress. I sent her a text twice asking out check out procedures, but she stopped communicating with me Saturday afternoon. She did respond Sunday after 1p.m. We left at 9a.m. I would like a phone call to discuss this further.
It's a gas grill but someone put charcoal in it.
The flooring was sticking up and gapped all throughout the house.
