Welcome to your riverside getaway! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits directly on the scenic Comal River and is just a short walk to Downtown New Braunfels.

Inside, you’ll find wood floors, a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining table for six overlooking the river. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds. The primary suite includes a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, while the guest bathroom is conveniently located nearby. A stackable washer and dryer are also provided.

Relax by the river with community grills and picnic tables, or enjoy views of Schlitterbahn Waterpark just across the water. Whether you’re tubing, shopping, dining, or simply unwinding, this is the perfect place to enjoy New Braunfels.

Check-In: On the day of arrival, check-in instructions will be emailed around 3:55 PM for direct access to the property. Please ensure your rental agreement is signed and your balance is paid in full. If you haven’t received your email by 4:15 PM, check your spam folder. If it’s still missing by 4:30 PM, please contact us before our office closes at 5:00 PM.

The condo is stocked with basic cookware, dishes, linens, towels, and a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, soap, and toiletries. We recommend bringing additional personal items, groceries, and beach towels for longer stays.

Before checkout, please remove trash, start the dishwasher, and place used towels and linens in a pile. Excessive cleaning needs (such as heavy pet hair, stains, glitter, or other unusual messes) may result in an additional cleaning charge.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there`s a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you`d like a copy before booking (we can`t attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)

I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
