"Bathroom was dirty with hairs all Over the shower/bath. Surfaces were dusty in room and floor was sticky at entrance. Huge gap in window drapes so very bright in am which was awful since barely slept with the old and very loud and ever winding air conditioning unit. Have pics and video. Pool was filthy and the area itself was dilapidated and slapped together. Groundspeople walked around watering plants with rap blaring. I was flabbergasted at how lousy this experience was from the snotty front desk check in to there being no coffee after 9 am and more. On the marina. Very pricey for the area. Never again"

"Every aspect of the trip beginning with the registration process to the stay at the residence was unbelievably great! Our questions were addressed immediately and very efficiently. When we arrived at the location, we found it to be just as depicted in the advertisement. It is a beautifully decorated home, very clean and made us feel welcome from the moment we entered. Our host has thought of everything that made us as comfortable as if we were in our own home. Great neighborhood, just a very pleasant place and we will most definitely remember our time and visit again should we plan another trip to New Bern."
