Everything was awesome except two things: In our unit, one room was terribly cold and secondly, the whole unit had poor ventilation so it was smelling bad due to washroom. For unknown reason, washroom kept stinking all the time.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are kind; the breakfast is good; the hotel is very well located, so easy to visit by foot the Red area. Just wish that there is a bit more furniture in the room.

Kan is a great host with great staffs Rostam and Edip at their restaurant . Their Foo’s are good compared with the rest outside . The Adana is soft and juicy where outside restaurant is hard and dry . Helpful staffs !

My family and I stayed at the Turan Cave hotel for 4 days. We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel is centrally located near shops, dining and the trails to the various hikes in goreme. Hotel management was very courteous, kind and helpful in arranging tours, last minute car rental etc. Hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could catch the balloons at sunrise. Would recommend.

You are in the middel of Göreme Touristic attractions are on walking distance, the room is amazing you really feel like you are in a fairytale The staff is so friendly they would help you with anything thank you so much for that.

Having a room in a cave sounds like a great idea until you realize there’s no phone/WiFi reception and that it gets pretty damp. Staff was super nice and helpful and honestly most Capadoccia hotels have this cave thing going

So we were given a ground level room at first and it smelled like mold, as well as the heat did not work, so it was very cold (our visit was in March). The staff said the smell was normal because it was a ground level room. However, that night we found one large bed bug and the next night we were given above ground level room which was much better in terms of heat and cleanliness. Shower had hot water and no bed bugs were found. There were some spider webs on the ceiling though. Overall, it was a cheap stay and the next time I would definitely not stay here again.

Like: Loved the convenient location, close to main strip of shops, restaurants and bus stop. Clean cave room. Friendly and helpful owner. Good variety of buffet breakfast. Dislike: 1) Need to 'slam' the front door in order to close, which is very loud. 2) Smoking area is right outside the room. You can smell the smoke coming inside the room at times which may irritate non-smokers. Of course, many people smoke in Turkey.

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel! We were welcomed immediately by the staff, who brought our bags up and walked us through everything to know in our room. They really went above and beyond, even helping us arrange taxis for our excursions and allowing for a late checkout when one of our group members unfortunately came down with food poisoning and needed some extra time to rest before our flight. The hotel is adorable with a beautiful courtyard and rooftop terrace with a great view of the town. Really enjoyed our continental breakfasts with homemade pastries/breads, a good selection of drinks, etc. It's also in a fantastic location, quiet enough but easily walkable to everything in the area. The only downfall was that it was incredibly warm and stuffy inside the room itself and no fans were available, so we had to sleep with the windows open even though we were on the first floor right by the entrance. Other than that, would absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Cappadocia!
