"The hotel was very nice and charming. The room was very comfortable with a big bathtub with water jets. Breakfast was very good. The little inconvenience was that the hotel was not close for the points of interest, which were reachable only by bus or car. We rented a car and we visited all the important sites and even other less frequented buy tourists. The staff was nice. Three days previous to our arrived we communicated with the staff to arranged a transfer by car from Kayseri airport to...

10/10 Excellent

Gala Cave is the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed. It's in a quiet spot in the town centre, close to shops, restaurants. The room is very large and clean, has an authentic cave feel. The bed is very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is facing the balloon launching site in the valley. We watched ballons lifting at sunrise, had a balloon flew over meters above. 酒店的天台面向热气球起飞点，是极好的日出和热气球观景台。 The on-site travel agent is a big plus, who organised all our transports and tours.
