I had to pay extra for a a room change because it was not clearly stated that I ha de apparently booked a two single beds room instead of one queen sized. After that the experience was great. Breakfast was nice but not outstanding.

What an experience.

If you book this room, contact Cemile via e-mail. She did a tremendous job for us in giving our options during our visit and arranging everything we wanted. Tours and transfers were all on time and on price agreed and no one requested added tips. We felt completely safe on our 4-day visit, and tourism, the lifeblood of this area, is suffering.

We had a fantastic experience staying at a junior suite. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and location very central. Keep in mind that the cave room is literally a cave, so it has very little, if any windows and feels like a cave. The only downside of the hotel is a seemingly limited WiFi - while download speeds were decent, pretty much impossible to upload any items, such as pictures, at a decent speed.

Jag stannade två nätter och bodde ypperligt, centralt och bra i Göreme. Vacker utsikt från rummet och från takterrassen. Utmärkt frukost. Trevlig personal, som kunde busstidtabellerna i huvudet. Perfekt ställe för den som vill göra utflykter i vackra Kappadokien.

El Nazar exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, and the hotel went out of its way to provide excellent and plentiful breakfasts, which we enjoyed on the terrace. Our room was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere: we arrived after an all night bus, but the hotel immediately gave us our room, way before check in, as well as a free breakfast as a welcome. Jemilah, the receptionist, helped us with logistics and provided good advice and an always cheerful demeanor.

Great time with El-Nazar !

Great hotel with amazingly friendly-staffs. Especially Ms.Cemile and Mr.Okan. They really help us a lot for all the information and offered us a private-tour (with a really competitive price ,compared to the other tour agency). And our tour was amazing. As Mr.Okan being our driver, he took us to a private underground place, which we are the only one there. It is such a privilege and peaceful to be in a historical place alone without any other people. We took a lot of photos without any anyone get in the way. You will be surprise how friendly are they, and you will end up with having a new friend in Cappadocia :) The room decor very well and the bathroom is clean. So there will be no problem for anyone that put the priority on the cleanliness of the bathroom. The hotel located near some of the souvenir shops and nearby the decent local-restaurant.

Ficamos 2 noites no hotel e posso afirmar que não poderia ter escolhido melhor. Logo após a reserva, recebi um e-mail do hotel, divulgando diversas informações e oferecendo qualquer tipo de ajuda. Sempre que enviava qualquer e-mail, a sra. Cemile respondia rapidamente e com muita precisão. Desde o transfer do aeroporto para o hotel, até o momento da partida, tudo ocorreu perfeitamente, principalmente pela ajuda de todo o staff. As acomodações são fantasticas. Amplas e com todo o necessário. O café da manhã é ótimo e com uma vista belissima de toda a cidade. Os preços dos passeios são, no minimo, os mesmos encontrados na agências ou em outros hoteis. Digo no minimo, pois conseguimos excelentes valores diante da ajuda do staff do hotel! Um dia voltarei e ficarei no mesmo hotel. Excelente.

Great Time

Upon arrival at El Nazar there was a little snafoo. The hotel had promised us a pick-up, but had forgotten to coordinate it. Nevertheless, they more than made up for it by the end! We would definitely stay here again given its central location, beautiful terrace, comfortable room and friendly staff.

The hotel was nice on inside and the area was great. The room wasn't the same as what was pictured on the website. The hotel isn't inside a cave either. The staff weren't very helpful and the bathtub in our room didn't work.

Beautiful Suite

Stayed in a gorgeous 3-room / 2-floor suite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful, fantastic bathroom, mostly carved from rock, which provided the only downside of the room - the soft rock of the area meant that little bits were constantly turning into sand on the floor, but the provided slippers alleviated any discomfort from that.
