Clean and comfortable beds, helpful staff. There was no air conditioning and the temperature was around 30 degrees. They lent us a fan, which helped.

The stay was ok. Disappointed that when my 80 year old husband and myself aged 70, asked if someone could assust with luggage was just told "no". Breakfast room staff could have been more helpful and they certainly reacted better to french speaking than english speaking guests. Overall it served its purpose and the bar staff were a delight. We stayed 4 nights and hired 4 rooms for this family function.

Superbe emplacement, mais climatisation à revoir!

Établissement très bien situé avec un parking public juste à côté, gratuit, ce qui est idéal. La politique Mercure sur la climatisation est à revoir. Depuis le début des chaleurs, l'ensemble des établissements Mercure (6 en 2 mois) nous donne le même discours, au mot près. Notre système est difficile à programmer, il est vieux, et non, vous ne pouvez pas le régler dans vos chambres, bien qu’il y fasse plus de 25 degrés. On nous propose des ventilateurs, mais aux prix des chambres, on attend plus du rapport qualité-prix. Si l'objectif est de faire des économies d'énergie, on pourrait demander que le prix des chambres diminue également...
