"Hotel and casino were both clean and new looking, with no stale smoke smell. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous. The rewards program is more generous than I have encountered at other casinos. Nice variety though f dining options (including a buffet). Our double queen room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaints: No bedspread on bed (just a sheet and thin blanket) and the casino does not have “real” craps. "

"This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Reno. Clean, comfortable and great central location with easy access to all that Reno has to offer. The decor is so cute and she even decorated the house for Christmas. The kitchen has everything you need and it’s nice stuff. Most rentals stock old pots and pans but Midtown Bungalow has new everything! The beds are soft and have beautiful bedding. The living room has a large couch, big window (my small dog loves looking out the window) and a TV ready to go. There’s a little back yard with a sitting area so calm and peaceful with lights at night. I have stayed in many rentals and this one is hands down my favorite! I will be back every time I’m in Reno. And if you happen to need anything, the host is very responsive. 10 out of 10"
