"We had to have our room changed four times before we found one that was acceptable. Two were not even cleaned and one had a broken HVAC system that was so loud. It woke us up in the middle night. The breakfast buffet was seriously substandard compared to any any hotel of the same price range. The only saving Grace was the front desk staff"

"The property and staff were excellent. However, whoever was on the floor above us we heard them running back and forth at midnight and again before 7am. Very unfortunate. "

"Usually bottled water is free and we were surprised to find out that there was a charge for it. We were given a couple bottles complimentary when we checked in but they tried to charge us for any others. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping was hit and Miss. one day they called us saying “the maid is outside your room we want to clean” and another day we returned after 6 to a room that hadn’t been made up. If you stay here over the weekend be advised they don’t offer housekeeping on weekends. Breakfast was ok, about what you’d expect. Lastly I used the fitness center while I was here and the two of the exercise machines were out of order. I wouldn’t mind staying here again but with so many minor issues I might look around for other options. "
