"As always, we enjoyed our stay at the Outside Inn. The only issue was that a previous guest had obviously smoked in the suite. It mostly smelled in the kitchen. They probably thought they could open the windows, and nobody would be the wiser. It doesn’t work that way. Once you smoke inside, it is nearly impossible to get the smell out. It’s beyond rude to the proprietor and future guests. That there are grounds with ashtrays makes your selfishness more offensive. We will be back, but probably...

"My teenager and I were in the Auburn area to do some hiking - we arrived after sunset and the host was very hospitable to show us to our lodging and around the property, which included a clean full bathroom and some sports equipment to enjoy with my son.
