  • A house certified by the Fondation du Patrimoine as typical of the Cantal region, located in the Saint-Flour/Pierrefort area. <br>In a charming village at an elevation of 1,000 metres, this house combines the beauty of historic architecture with modern comforts. <br>Bathed in sunlight, this house features: <br>On the ground floor, opening onto the garden, a spacious living/dining room with a kitchen featuring a Cantou fireplace. <br>On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a mezzanine. <br>On the second floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds, including 1 140 cm-wide bed and 1 single bed), a shower, and a toilet. <br>In summer: The terrace, surrounded by fragrant lavender and offering a magnificent view, is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after your hikes. <br>Pierrefort, a town with all the shops you need, is a 10-minute drive away, and the drive is beautiful!<br>Saint-Flour, the beautiful hilltop town, is a 20-minute drive away. <br>Pleasant and charming walks start right from the village (the Maleval waterfalls, the Roman road at Puy Renel, scenic viewpoints...) and numerous hikes and excursions await you. <br>In winter: snow ❄️ is often on the menu in our beautiful village! Gîte très confortable, bien équipé, calme. Accueil chaleureux. Le village est superbe. les habitations sont très anciennes et très bien entretenues. Les chemins de randonnées ne manquent pas . Les paysages sont variés et très beau. Bref nous avons passez un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour la Toussaint, très chaleureusement accueillis par Valérie. La maison est particulièrement agréable, avec des volumes et une décoration de goût, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le feu de cheminée pour les soirées froides. Merci pour ce beau séjour!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances grâce à notamment au confort de la maison.Malgré un mois d'août étouffant, la maison de par sa construction traditionnelle, a su garder sa fraicheur. Cela a été fortement bénéfique.De plus, elle est grande et cela est idéal pour des familles de 4 personnes (voire plus). La proximité près de l'église n'est pas gênante sauf si vous dormez les fenêtres ouvertes notamment pour l'angélusElle est idéalement située, non loin de Pierrefort (10 mn). Cela est un point fort car la notion de temps est importante dans le Cantal !!Je remercie Valérie pour ses conseils et sa réactivité.Bref, la maison est à recommander les yeux fermés !!

Cantal sous le soleil

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, avec une météo de rêve. La maison est rénovée avec grand goût, elle est très agréable. A noter, les volets des chambres ne permettent pas une obscurité totale. Il faut gérer avec des couvertures, la cloche de l’église sonne et peut réveiller si vous avez le sommeil léger, il y a des escaliers, nous avions 2 jeunes enfants mais une barrière est présente au 1er étage. Le village est paisible, aucun commerce, le bar était fermé et devait ouvrir en septembre.

Maison charmante et confortable

Maison très confortable et chaleureuse située dans un joli village au calme, très bien placé entre l'Aubrac et les Monts du Cantal. Cette maison est décorée avec goût et est très bien équipée. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, Valérie, qui nous a également bien conseillés. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Séjour parfait

Nous avions décidé ma fille et moi de découvrir le Cantal en novembre avec notre chien. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par Lysiane qui nous a gentiment expliqué les consignes. La maison est magnifique avec beaucoup de caractère et très reposante. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les salles de bains très bien équipées et le tout d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons découvert beaucoup d’information concernant les randonnées à faire dans la maison. La gentillesse des gens (particulièrement celle de Lysiane) a contribué a rendre ce séjour très relaxant. Nous reviendrons dans la région qui vaut le détour et dans cette maison si elle est disponible.

Excellent séjour pour notre famille dans cette maison entièrement rénovée avec goût. Très propre, nous avons beaucoup appréciés les jeux a disposition pour les enfants. La possibilité de faire une flambée. Une super terrasse spacieuse et équipée. Encore merci à Valérie la propriétaire fort sympathique et à Lysiane pour son accueil et son accessibilité et sa gentillesse. A très vite pour d'autres séjours dans cette belle région. Très beau gîte restauré, meublé et décoré avec goût . Communication avec Valérie et Lysiane parfaites . Le gros plus : la possibilité d’arriver et d ère partir le jour de son choix . Le petit bémol mais qui fait également le charme de l’endroit : la proximité de l’église et de ses cloches
