The Stubai Lodge – Modern Living with Garden & Mountain View

Plenty of space, clean lines, and true relaxation. The apartment is located in the quiet annex of the Stubai Apartments in Neustift – a separate entrance, pleasantly private, and spread over three well-designed floors. Families or small groups of up to 8 people will find plenty of space to relax, spread out, and unwind – with mountain views and close proximity to nature. In the heart of the Stubai Valley, the accommodation impresses with its tasteful furnishings, bright rooms, and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Spread across three floors, guests enjoy the highest level of comfort with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting living area. In the entrance area of the apartment, you'll find the spacious living area on the second floor: bright rooms, plenty of wood, a large sofa area, and an open-plan kitchen. Everything is functional and designed for relaxed self- catering. From the living room, you have direct access to the private garden with a covered terrace and high-quality garden furniture – ideal for relaxing after an active day. A separate toilet is also located on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor, there are three bedrooms, all with double beds, one with a bunk bed and TV, and one with a balcony. The large bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and plenty of space. The toilet is separate. In the main building of the "Stubai Apartments," you have access to a private ski room with ski boot heating. There is ample parking in front of the house – free of charge and right at the entrance, without any hassle or detours. In winter, you can quickly reach the slopes; in summer, hiking trails start almost at your doorstep. A place to arrive and feel at home – for families, friends, or couples looking for space for themselves.

Das von uns gebuchte Appartement hat seine beste Zeiten hinter sich und müsste vom Anbieter dringend überholt werden. Vor allem in der Küche fehlt es an Vielem, v.a. an Gläsern, Besteck, Kochlöffeln, Geschirr u.a. Die Wohnung ist für max. 8 Personen, wir waren 5 und die Küchenausstattung hat nicht gereicht. Insgesamt mach die Wohnung den Eindruck, als ob dort seit Jahren nichts mehr getan wurde (bis auf sauber machen). Lampen sind defekt (in der Küche über dem Herd, der Spüle und im Ofen) oder fehlen, ein Toilettenpapierhalter fehlt, zwei Esszimmerstühle sind so wackelig, dass sie kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen stehen. Da es in der Wohnung keine weiteren Stühle gab, haben wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts mit Gartenstühlen beholfen. Auf der Terrasse stehen zahlreiche Liegen, aber sie sind völlig verdreckt und keine Auflagen vorhanden. Die Schränke in Küche und der übrigen Wohnung sind zum größten Teil leer. Bei uns waren Handtücher inklusive - es gab für zwei Wochen aber nur ein einziges Geschirrhandtuch und allgemein nach einer Woche keine neuen, frischen Handtücher, wie es sonst üblich ist. All dies ist schade, da die Wohnung eigentlich sehr schön ist, großzügig geschnitten mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge, einer eigenen Terrasse (auf der die Bohlen teilweise durchhängen) und guten Lage. (Einkäufe müssen mit dem Auto erledigt werden.) Für den Preis waren wir allerdings enttäuscht von der Ausstattung.
