"Room was clean but the mattresses (2 twins) were awful and not comfortable at all. There was one tiny trash can that held maybe a liter? The sink pipe smelled like sewer when you ran the sink to brush your teeth. The staff was nice and the breakfast fine. Nothing exciting. We did not use the free drink tickets at the bar we received at check-in."

"Staying at BlueBell Hotel was an absolute highlight of our trip! The location in the Old Town could not be better—everything you want to see, explore, and eat is within walking distance. What makes this hotel even more convenient is its proximity to the central bus station. If you're planning a day trip to Vienna, it's incredibly fast and easy to just take a short bus ride directly from there. It makes traveling between the two cities so effortless. The hotel itself is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for anyone looking to explore the city comfortably. Highly recommended—it's definitely worth staying here!"

"Our family absolutely loved our stay at Grand Hotel Bratislava! Without a doubt, we consider it the best hotel in Bratislava and one of the most family-friendly hotels we have ever experienced. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. The thoughtful little gifts waiting in our room for our child were such a lovely surprise! The adorable child-sized bathrobe and slippers completely stole our hearts — these small but incredibly thoughtful touches made our stay extra special and made us feel genuinely welcome as a family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bedding was wonderfully soft and luxurious, and the high-quality bathroom amenities added an extra touch of indulgence. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection to start the day, and the staff were simply delightful — warm, attentive, professional, and always happy to help. Every detail reflects how much this hotel cares about its guests and their experience. It is this level of hospitality, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail that makes a hotel truly exceptional. We left with wonderful memories and would wholeheartedly recommend Grand Hotel Bratislava to anyone visiting the city, especially families travelling with children. We would love to return! A truly outstanding hotel that makes you feel special from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended!"
